Mature Native Gums “YELLOWGUMS”
We are building the estate around over 300 retained native Yellow Gum tree which inspired our estates name. Existing features such as Landry Lane will remain untouched with gravel with mature gums either side, as a future walking track.
Parks, Open Space and bushland

Considered walkability
3km of vehicle free bike/walking paths. The estate has been designed for walking in and around the parklands near all homes with the family in mind. Baby’s in the pram, toddlers and kids on scooters/bikes, dogs on lead and meeting people from within the community who are sharing this space of their life with you creates such a strong sense of connection to the community.
Nestled in nature
The key to the incredible walkability is to create a journey with points of interest, which is what we have done with the linear open space you will see throughout the estate. We have designed paths away from roads, and we have incorporated a loop around the estate which provides just under 3km of vehicle free bike/walking paths. Where possible, we have retained mature trees along these paths.
Curved Streets & Roads
To promote quieter, safer and visually appealing streets. If you have ever driven around an estate with curved roads you will understand the aesthetic benefit it provides in years to come when all the vegetation and landscaping is complete. As you drive through the estate you mainly see vegetation in front of you, rather than road, cars and fences.
Lot Orientation
We have designed the estate to maximize the number of lots facing east-west. This is to increase the solar gain each house achieves during the day, which significantly reduces the heating and lighting requirements of homes.
